As an Operations Support you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Track and trace loads and update their status in the system, making sure the updates are on time through inbound and outbound calls.
- Call on time the drivers and clients supervising the freights are picked up, on their way, and delivered properly. The updates can be done via SMS, email or calls.
- Solve customer inquiries through email and calls.
- Check the email at all times.

Minimum requirements:
- Studies: High School Degree is required. People with additional studies can apply too, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, back office or logistics.
- Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
Perks:
- Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. During the first weeks, the schedule will be Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for training. We work by the American Calendar.
- Contract: Independent Contractor Agreement (indefinite duration).
- Places: Only for Johannesburg and Cape Town. This position will be on-site.
