Job Description :
- To support team in driving various HR projects and related activities to Thailand Isuzu Group by closely working with affiliates mainly in group training, recruiting, organization transformation, corporate culture, including organization communication and branding.
- Support team to drive Isuzu organization transformation projects such as business strategy and corporate culture.
- Coordinate and work closely with affiliates to drive various HR initiative projects and related activities to success such as group policy deployment, organization branding, CSR and others.
- Collect necessary information and data of affiliates to perform the report as assigned.
- Support group recruitment activities, company website administration and other group project.
- Facilitate the internal and group learning activities both on-line and off-line, e-learning system and responsible for training record and report etc.
- Other jobs as assigned.
Qualifications :
- ฺBachelor degree or higher in any field.
- Experienced in HR related field at least 3 years especially in corporate HR initiative project, and working in automotive or manufacturing field is preferable.
- Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skill
- Proactive, adaptive and initative mindset
- Having digital and advance computer skill
- Result-oriented and being a good team player
