** YOUR MISSION **
As an Inside Sales Account Manager you are responsible for your own customer portfolio. You take the necessary administrative and commercial actions on your customers on an independent basis and also manage your own budget. A position where you can use both your commercial and analytical talents.
** YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES **

You build good customer relationships to maintain or increase current sales.

You keep an overview of open requests in a structured way and you solve them quickly and successfully with an eye for detail.

Together with your customer, you work out ways to increase control (stocks, notifications,...) on their account.

You are able to identify opportunities within your portfolio and approach them in a commercial way.

You follow up commercial trajectories of these opportunities.

You advise your customers on the optimal solutions for their account.

You draw up quotations and work closely with other teams within the company to realize improvement processes.

You are responsible for onboarding incoming leads in your area.
