What you will be doing:

• Know each radio call sign and use it in the correct manner
• Openly communicates appropriate and useful information to others
• Communicates key information relevant to appropriate people
• Keeps others updated about developments or changes to situations
• Promotes two-way communication with an exchange of information
• Actively listens to the input of others and summarizes information to ensure they have understood
• Identifies the cause or causes of a problem
• Proposes practical solutions to address identified problems
• Adopts a proactive approach rather than just reacting to events
• Takes action without being prompted by others
• Prioritizes tasks and projects according to their relative urgency and importance

Your experience and skills include:

• High school/Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
• Good writing and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and capable of creating visually compelling presentations
• Minimum of 1-2 years of similar experience
• Experience of working in the Leisure industry would be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rp16,500,000 per month
