Tert's mission is to facilitate the world's learning and this is being achieved by building digital tools for schools, companies, and individuals to thrive in the 21st century. By providing technology to a sector (education) that is typically underserved, Tert is facing a near-impossible mission, introducing technology to a manual-dominated sector.
Why Sales Executives
Schools are everywhere, primary, secondary, tutorial centers, tertiary, etc, and they mostly operate on manual systems, some operate on semi-automated systems, generally, they are ill-equipped to handle the varying activities and technology needs of their students, teachers, and administrative processes. Tert helps these schools by being their educational-technology partner and builds the tools they need, whilst they focus on what truly matters most to them, education.
The Sales Team is responsible for getting Tert to these schools. Sales Execs find, evaluate and pursue new opportunities. We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive that will lay the foundation for Tert's sales processes, coming up with innovative ways to introduce this innovative system to schools.
Supercharged with a deep understanding of Tert, its features, and their daily school applicability. Sales Execs are the front-facing army deployed to win the war against manual processes still dominating most schools in the country, whilst making the company more profitable than they met it.
Daily Responsibilities
- Work with management to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing Tert's presence in the country.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities, working closely with existing customers to maintain a healthy business relationships.
- Visitation and facilitating demos to new schools.
- Gathering pain-points of school stakeholders.
Who we want

- Ability to communicate to schools, the edge they can harness in using Tert.
- Ability to understand schools' daily requirements and how Tert can address them.
- Comfortable working with schools and their stakeholders.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, and collaborating with school stakeholders.
- Be technology savvy.
