THE JOB
We are seeking a Direct to Consumer Content Manager understand their audience and engage them through persuasive and accurate writing and visuals. We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirited individual, with a love of getting stuck in and taking initiative to make things happen. You’ll be highly organized and a planner by nature, you’ll be comfortable with ambiguity and able to proactively anticipate challenges rather than react. You will manage third-party suppliers and collaborate with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Understand our target audience - so you'll need to know what interests them
Identify key messages - understand the main thing that we want the customer to feel and do and how to communicate this powerfully
Responsible for briefing agency to adapt content and create new one in line with the Brand Strategy & Brand Compass across all communication channels
Overseeing the written and visuals aspects of social media, paid advertising, website, newsletters, blogs, search, video scripts, product packaging and more in line with the required specifications – in both static & video format - in collaboration with the Pet Parent Experience Manager & the Acquisition Marketing Manager
Managing and aligning content between D2C and Brand (website, paid & organic social, eCRM)
Brief the creative agencies, track progress and ensure content is delivered on time
Localizing and validating content in collaboration with local markets
Create SEO-optimized copy for digital touchpoints
Lead the periodical meeting with all stakeholders (ODF) to track content creation & ensure we deliver on time
Leading creation and management of a content calendar with clear testing plan
Create and upload content to various platforms in a timely manner (website, email, social, third-party applications)
Ensure that the visual elements complement the words and vice versa
Identify fresh and interesting angles for your content
Test graphics and written copy across various media and optimise on-going
Work with your team to review the impact of your work
Key KPIs: Readability, SEO score, Traffic, Engagement rate, Conversions
