Customer Care Officer [Malaysia]


 
  • Responsible for after sales services, complaints from customers.
  • Liaise with contractor for defect matters & solution and revert to buyers.
  • Prepare and update defect reports
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in customer service
  • At least Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • To be based at Jasin, Melaka

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
