- Responsible for after sales services, complaints from customers.
- Liaise with contractor for defect matters & solution and revert to buyers.
- Prepare and update defect reports
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in customer service
- At least Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- To be based at Jasin, Melaka
