JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment & Hiring, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems.
- Onboarding and ongoing training and development.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Managing employee and employer relationship
- Talent management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, compliance, and workforce safety.
- Overseeing disciplinary action. Creating a rewarding company culture
- Bringing management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php55,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- HR: 10 years (Preferred)
