HR Head [Philippines]


 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment & Hiring, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems.
  • Onboarding and ongoing training and development.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Managing employee and employer relationship
  • Talent management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, compliance, and workforce safety.
  • Overseeing disciplinary action. Creating a rewarding company culture
  • Bringing management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Php55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Overtime
  • Rotational shift
  • Weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 10 years (Preferred)
