Job Description:
IDVISION, a leading digital identity solutions provider, is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and assisting with online chat and WhatsApp chat leads.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through WhatsApp chat and online chat
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns
- Assist customers with technical issues related to our products and services
- Process customer orders and provide order status updates
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and satisfaction has been achieved
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Experience with WhatsApp chat and online chat preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
