Customer Support Representative [United Arab Emirates]


 

Job Description:

IDVISION, a leading digital identity solutions provider, is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and assisting with online chat and WhatsApp chat leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through WhatsApp chat and online chat
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to our products and services
  • Process customer orders and provide order status updates
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and satisfaction has been achieved
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Experience with WhatsApp chat and online chat preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
